LNGTainer provides extensive product support to container users through the entire life cycle of container. Services comply with ADR/RID regulations covering initial inspection and periodical mandatory inspections. On top of these LNGTainer offers training for container users, container maintenance and repairing services and spare parts together with LNGTainer´s skilled and worldwide located partner companies.
LNGTainer offers vacuuming as agreed with service level contract so that end customers are able to sustain optimal performance – cost level in their LNG logistics chain. Customer can also have advanced real time information services as an option. In practice that means accurate and real time location and container status information. For example GPS, filling rate, tank pressure and vacuum level information can be offered to customer in order to give accurate “container field view” to customer and to help customers to develop their processes and add value to decision making in different kind of situations.
